Reflecting on the 5th IHF People Day at Trigon Hotels on International HR Day

Great to see the conversations from IHF Shaping Brighter Futures People Day 2026, now in it’s fifth year, continuing beyond the event itself at the Trigon Hotel Group, especially as it took place on International HR Day.  The discussions reinforced something that feels increasingly important for the hospitality industry: while AI and innovation will continue to shape the future of work, the human side of hospitality must remain at the centre of everything we do.
