About the IHF
Founded in 1937, the Irish Hotels Federation (IHF) is the national organisation of the hotel and guesthouse industry in Ireland. The primary functions of the Federation are to promote and defend the interests of its members.
The IHF represents almost 1,000 hotels and guesthouses nationwide, employing over 65,000 people and is a key stakeholder in the Irish tourism sector.
Whether its in the form of HR Guidance, Financial Advice or Training through our IHF Skillnet we offer members a wide range of practical support, and our team are always available to answer your questions.
The IHF’s #ShapingBrighterFutures programme aims to support career development and nurture people within our sector to support the long-term, sustainable success of our industry. Events and initiatives include our annual People Day, Employee of the Year Awards, webinars and our Quality Employer Programme.
